HANTEK, is selected by an international JV short-listed to provide technical expertise and consultancy services for the “Preparation of Technical Proposals for Tender of the Work of Construction Works and the Provision of Products and Services for Istanbul Ikitelli Integrated Health Campus through Public Private Partnership Model”, tendered by Ministry of Health of Turkey under its Public Private Partnership Programme.
The scope of work of the Project includes construction and operation for 25 years by the investors of an health complex consisting of Main Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, Psychiatric Hospital, High Security Criminal Psychiatric Hospital with total 1980 patient beds together with Administrative Buildings, Social Facilities, Sport Centre, Medical Hotel, Convention Centre and Shops, all summing up to a closed construction area of approximately 750.000 sqm, on a land of 80 hectares in the province of Istanbul.
Services provided by HANTEK for the short-listed international JV were composed of preparation of a New Design Proposal, architectural design together with all associated designs of other engineering disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, structural, fire safety and security, IT, medical gases, material distribution, waste disposal, medical equipments, landscaping and related technical reports, technical specifications and bills of quantities, all with contemporary techniques and with the utilization of sustainable and renewable energy, conservation and saving of the environment considerations.
